Production Process Chart

High-quality PE materials and additives are first inspected for purity and performance. They're then fed into an extruder, melted at high temperatures, and extruded through a die to form continuous PE film.
For enhanced strength or waterproofing, the film is laminated with woven fabrics or coated using specialized equipment. It's then rapidly cooled via roller systems to solidify and set its shape.
Next, large rolls are cut to custom sizes, with irregular edges trimmed for neatness. Finished products undergo strict quality checks—including thickness, tensile strength, waterproofing, and surface smoothness.
Qualified tarp is packaged (bagged or rolled) to protect it during storage and transport. All steps are supervised by technicians to ensure consistent, reliable quality.

Product Testing

PE tarpaulin quality tests include: physical tests (thickness, weight, dimensional stability); mechanical tests (tensile strength, tear /  resistance, seam strength); weather resistance tests (waterproofing, UV resistance, high/low temperature tolerance, chemical resistance); and other specific tests (flame retardancy, breathability, abrasion resistance) to ensure suitability for diverse uses.
