Production Process Chart

High-quality PE materials and additives are inspected, melted in an extruder, and extruded through a die to form continuous PE film.
For enhanced strength or waterproofing, the film is laminated or coated, then cooled to solidify and set shape.
Large rolls are cut to custom sizes, and products undergo quality checks for thickness, tensile strength, waterproofing, and surface smoothness.
Qualified tarps are packaged to protect during storage and transport. All steps are supervised for consistent quality.
